Role Description

MEP Coordinator cum Modeler, Structural Coordinator cum Modeler, MEP Modelers, Electrical Modelers, Structural Modelers.

These are full-time on-site roles located in Hyderabad, involving responsibilities for MEP Coordination and Modeling, Structural Coordination and Modeling, and Electrical Modeling. The roles include managing and creating MEP and structural models, coordinating with various teams, ensuring accuracy, and implementing BIM processes in project workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP Coordination, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
• Proficiency in Building Services and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines is desirable
• Experience with BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is a plus
