Job Title: MEP BIM Modeller / Coordinator
Location: Calicut, Kerala

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeller/Coordinator to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for MEP services across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Ensure models meet project specifications, standards, and LOD requirements
• Collaborate with design and site teams to support execution
• Update and maintain BIM documentation and workflows

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling/coordinating
• GCC experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Strong understanding of MEP services and construction practices
• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
