Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex Mendix applications using various modules such as BPMN, Microflows, Data Modelling etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
Provide guidance on architecture design patterns and recommendations for improving application performance.

Job Requirements :

5-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Mendix development.
Strong understanding of Mendix development methodology including BPMN modeling language.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders from different domains (e.g., business analysts, developers).
Proficiency in developing complex workflows using microflows.
