What You'll Do:

Design and build a next-generation test and validation framework used across all CPBU product teams

transition to Golang

Collaborate closely with engineering feature teams to understand their needs and deliver high-impact tooling

Build new systems, tools, and automation to support evolving product architectures

Own large engineering initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption

Establish best practices for architecture, development, and deployment within a high-scale distributed environment

What You Bring:

Python

Experience with system-level testing frameworks, validation tooling, or platform engineering

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple product engineering teams

Passion for scalability, reliability, and building frameworks that unlock engineering efficiency
