Both-Side Cab Facility
5 Days Working (2 Split Week-Offs)
Rotational Shifts 247 (9.5 hrs including 1 hr break)

Handle customer queries via voice or non-voice channels
Provide accurate and timely support
Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow SOPs
Troubleshoot basic technical/non-technical issues
Document all interactions in the system accurately
Minimum 12th Pass
6+ months of International Customer Service experience is mandatory
UG/Graduate/Postgraduate candidates welcome
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable with 24*7 rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
