Job Title: Talent Acquisition

Date: November 30th, 2025

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune - 411057, India

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Main Purpose of role:

  • This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates for Tata Motors Plant at Location Name

Main Skills:

  • Should be affluent in Hiring/Sourcing,

  • SAP & Excel Knowledge,

  • Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills

  • Managing customer stakeholders directly

  • Knowledge of Transformations in HRO

  • Defining and documenting the processes and policies

Domain Skills:

  • Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market for eg. Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Electric Vehicle

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.

  • Experience in Manufacturing background

  • Understanding and chalking out the Hiring Plan of Blue-Collar Hiring market

  • Rigor in Managing open positions

  • Willingness to travel to ITI institute to create eligible pool and hiring

  • Analytical skills

  • Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring Manager

  • Experience of hiring NAPS / NATS & Temp workforce is an added advantage.

  • Able to Manage and guide team of Blue-Collar Recruiter

  • Understanding of Mandatory Compliances during hiring process.

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Should be able to work under pressure

  • Good to have from Manufacturing background

Technical experience required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP

  • Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer-facing environment.

  • Able to manage high pressure and stringent timelines

Key outputs of job:

  • Delivery of an effective, efficient and timely hiring in line with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines and statutory/legal requirements.
