Dear Candidate, We are conducting a Mega Walk In Drive for NRCM (NonRCM) Candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1 to 3 years in International Voice Process (any domain)
Joiners: Immediate Joiners Only
PF Deduction: Mandatory from your previous company (experience must be verifiable)
Education: Any Graduates except
No B.Tech and BE graduates

Drive Details

Timings: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: Uppal
1st Floor Tower 2,Survey No.1, Plot No.6, NSL SEZ Arena,Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with payers to check claim status.
Identify denial reasons and work on appropriate resolutions.
Prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-ups.
Work on billing scrubbers and make necessary edits.
Handle contractual adjustments and writeoff projects.
Maintain good cash collection and resolution rate.
Demonstrate strong calling skills, probing skills, and understanding of denials.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
No planned leaves for the next 6 months.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
We are hiring NRCM candidates and will provide training in RCM.
