Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, builder/channel partner relationships, and walk-ins.
    • Identify potential customers and explain product offerings (Home Loans, Loan Against Property).
    • Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursals.
    • Ensure healthy conversion ratios from lead to disbursement.
  • Customer Handling:

    • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
    • Assist customers in completing the loan application process.
    • Ensure timely collection of required documents and coordinate with operations team.
  • Coordination and Follow-ups:

    • Work closely with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
    • Regular follow-ups with customers for documentation, approvals, and disbursement updates.
  • Market Intelligence:

    • Keep a close eye on competitor activities, market trends, and new developments in the real estate sector.
