Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, builder/channel partner relationships, and walk-ins.
Identify potential customers and explain product offerings (Home Loans, Loan Against Property).
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursals.
Ensure healthy conversion ratios from lead to disbursement.

Customer Handling:

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
Assist customers in completing the loan application process.
Ensure timely collection of required documents and coordinate with operations team.

Coordination and Follow-ups:

Work closely with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
Regular follow-ups with customers for documentation, approvals, and disbursement updates.

Market Intelligence:

Keep a close eye on competitor activities, market trends, and new developments in the real estate sector.
