Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

Source new customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
Acquire CASA (Current Account, Savings Account), FD, RD, and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling:

Promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, auto loans, home loans, and investment products.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Relationship Management:

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to deepen relationships.
Provide prompt customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

Target Achievement:

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
Track daily performance and provide reports to the manager.

Compliance:

Follow all regulatory and bank compliance policies.
Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for all customers.
