Job Summary: The Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate meetings, events, and food & beverage (F&B) services across Bangalore offices. The role includes overseeing hotel coordination, internal and external events, vendor management, and ensuring seamless execution of all event-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and events. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand event, F&B, and hotel accommodation requirements. Manage venue selection, setup, and logistics, including AV equipment and seating arrangements. Liaise with vendors for catering, dcor, hotels, and other event services. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, food safety, and event safety regulations. Oversee internal and external events, including executive meetings, corporate gatherings, and client-facing events. Monitor budgets and negotiate contracts to optimize event, hotel, and F&B costs. Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely communication with relevant teams. Manage hotel bookings and accommodations for guests, employees, and event attendees. Oversee event registration, attendee management, and post-event feedback collection. Work with catering vendors to design and execute high-quality food & beverage offerings tailored to events. Ensure adherence to dietary preferences, special requests, and sustainability practices in F&B services. Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure a seamless experience. Support hybrid and virtual event setups as required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning, hospitality, or F&B management. Experience in handling large-scale corporate events, hotel coordination, and catering services in a multinational environment. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Knowledge of event safety, food safety compliance, and risk management. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience in virtual and hybrid event management. Knowledge of audiovisual and IT requirements for corporate events. Familiarity with budget planning and cost optimization for events, hotels, and F&B services. Understanding of food trends, menu planning, and catering logistics.
