We’re looking for a self-driven, persuasive, and reliable consultant to join our growing outsourcing business. We specialize in offshore solutions for companies in the US , and we’re expanding our outreach efforts. If you have international experience in appointment setting, B2B cold calling, and deal-closing support in the consulting and outsourcing industry, this is for you. 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing Reach out to US-based prospects (CXOs of companies) via cold calls Identify qualified leads for outsourcing support . Set up qualified appointments for our internal team to close. Understand and quickly learn the pain points and outsourcing trends in the industry. Maintain lead records and scheduling using CRMs and online calendar tools. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting for US-based service businesses. Prior work with outsourcing service providers for Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry, Legal and Paralegal Industry is a big plus. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Able to learn industry needs fast and adjust pitch accordingly.
