Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Management: Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the VP, prioritizing and filtering information for their attention. Required Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions. Experience as an Executive Assistant: Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Ability to anticipate the VPs needs and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.
