Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and edit

    Product Information (PI) and Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) to reflect current safety data, indications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance

    with TGA standards, internal style guidelines, and established documentation processes.
  • Apply

    clinical judgment

    to determine correct hierarchy methods and make informed decisions regarding sponsor errors.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve content issues

    to maintain accuracy, safety, and quality of PI data.
  • Structure and manage medical content

    within the documentation platform, ensuring consistency and logical organization.
  • Quality Assurance

    : Conduct thorough quality checks, maintaining high standards of consistency and compliance to ensure adherence to formatting and style standards.
  • Identify and report sponsor errors

    and implement feedback to improve the overall quality of medical content.
  • Maintain

    documentation integrity, version control

    , and proper record management for all updated medical content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • M.Pharm or Pharm D

    with a minimum of

    1+ year of experience

    in a relevant role.
  • Excellent

    medical writing, editing, and communication skills

    , with strong attention to detail and the ability to work within structured templates and style guides.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    MS Word

    and

    PDF tools

    , including tables, figures, formatting tools, and document review functions.
  • Exceptional email communication skills

    , with the ability to handle client queries or concerns professionally, clearly, and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of

    medical terminology, pharmacological data

    , and documentation platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of

    data safety, compliance, TGA requirements

    , and regulatory processes.
  • Strong

    organizational skills, time management

    , and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work

    collaboratively within a team

    , demonstrating cooperation, effective communication, and problem-solving to ensure accuracy and consistency across all medical documents.
