As a Medical Writer/Director, Scientific Services at Red Nucleus, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and overseeing scientific content for assigned accounts spanning various therapeutic areas, catering to diverse target audiences. Your responsibilities will encompass creating content across different media platforms such as articles, slide presentations, executive summaries, eLearning platforms, data repositories, and web applications to effectively communicate scientific information. Your key duty will be to provide strategic medical communication recommendations that align with brand objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the intended audience. You will lead content development activities independently, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, conduct thorough research on assigned topics, and meticulously edit and revise materials to maintain accuracy and clarity. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to mentor other team members, contribute to timeline and resource planning, participate in strategic planning meetings, and assist in building and nurturing client relationships. Your role will require exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs. To excel in this role, you should possess an advanced degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing, or biosciences, with relevant experience in clinical content development and writing, preferably in a healthcare marketing agency environment. Proficiency in AMA style, medical terminology, Microsoft Office suite, and virtual meeting software is essential.
