As an Analyst / Senior Analyst (Medical Transcriptionist Direct Upload) at R1 RCM India, you will be required to possess proficiency in escription, eS O ne/ Em dat & Fluency for Transcription (FFT) Platform. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a degree at the Undergraduate, Graduate, or Post-graduate level. Additionally, you need to have undergone training, preferably certification, and have relevant work experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Medical Transcriptionist/ Editor. Effective coordination with managers and team members to ensure adequate client/customer support coverage is a key aspect of the role. Strong time management skills, the ability to handle multiple site information, and multitasking capabilities are essential. Being adaptable to a 24/7 work environment, predominantly during evening/night shifts, and willingness to work on days other than weekends are prerequisites. Prior experience as a medical transcriptionist/editor across various medical specialties and work types is highly advantageous. Familiarity with other transcription platforms is considered a plus.
