Key Responsibilities:

Report Preparation
: Transcribe and generate accurate medical investigation reports based on dictations received.
Timeliness & Accuracy
: Ensure the timely delivery of reports with zero or minimal errors.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the department in-charge, technicians, and consultants for report generation and review.
Coordination
: Communicate with JMS for any interpretation assistance and with technicians for urgent report requests.
Quality Assurance
: Adhere to the organization's quality improvement initiatives and protocols, maintaining the highest standards of output.
