We are a dedicated rehabilitation and elder care institution, committed to enhancing the quality of life of our patients through holistic care, community integration, and emotional support. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Social Worker to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Plan and facilitate group therapy, awareness programs, and recreational activities.
• Assist patients in community reintegration programs (e.g., outings, awareness rallies, social events).
• Coordinate with psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, and caregivers for patient-centered care.
• Help patients access external resources such as government schemes, community services, and vocational opportunities.
• Assess architectural barriers for patients and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate case records, reports, and progress documentation.
• Also Post awareness post on social media, To create awareness online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW-Medical & Psychiatric).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with diverse groups.
• Prior experience in healthcare/rehabilitation
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
