Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Poovanthi Rehabilitation, sivaganga, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic nursing care tailored to the needs of patients undergoing physical, psychological, and social rehabilitation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement patient-specific care plans. Monitor and assess patients' health status, including vital signs, pain levels, and mobility progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Educate patients and their families about care techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and community reintegration strategies. Support patients in therapeutic activities such as wheelchair sports, mindfulness sessions, and community outings to enhance confidence and independence. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and ensure compliance with care protocols and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license (Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council or equivalent). Experience in rehabilitation, geriatrics, or acute care nursing is an advantage. Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
