Medical Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Medical Representative (MR), your main responsibility will be to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in a designated territory. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, establishing strong customer relationships, and increasing product awareness in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. - Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide details on product information, benefits, and usage. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with medical professionals. - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. - Organize and conduct product presentations, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and promotional events. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. - Keep accurate records of sales calls, customer information, and sales reports. - Adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines during promotional activities. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Medical Representative is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time-management capabilities. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
