The job involves extensive travelling across Mumbai meeting the doctors practicing in Hospitals and Community. The Medical Representative is going to play an important role in delivering the accurate information about the Nutraceutical products to doctors and dieticians and helping them use the best products for their patients. The job involves meticulous sales planning and delivery of targets month after month. Here are the key responsibilties as follows - Product Promotion and Sales : Promote and sell nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing their benefits, usage, and dosage. Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other practitioners to enhance product awareness and drive sales. Product Knowledge and Education : Develop an in-depth understanding of the nutraceutical products offered by the company. Stay updated on scientific research, clinical studies, and industry trends related to nutraceuticals. Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, addressing their questions and concerns. Customer Engagement : Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Conduct face-to-face meetings to discuss product features, benefits, and safety profiles. Provide product samples for evaluation. Record Keeping and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of interactions with healthcare professionals. Regularly update management on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis : Monitor competitor activity and track developments in the nutraceutical industry. Adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics and competitor actions. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly sales target assigned by the company Qualifications and Skills: Successful Medical Representatives possess the following qualifications and skills: Education : A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is preferred. An undergraduate with science background or relevant experience can also be prefered. Product Knowledge : Strong understanding of nutraceutical products, their ingredients, and health benefits. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals effectively. Sales Acumen : Ability to meet sales targets, negotiate, and close deals. Relationship Building : Skill in building and maintaining professional relationships. Time Management : Efficiently manage schedules and prioritize tasks. Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
