Medical Sales Executive

Healthy Jeena Sikho is a leading provider of home healthcare equipment such as BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Hospital Beds, and Wheelchairs, with a strong presence across multiple cities. Our primary focus lies in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality services. Your responsibilities in this role would include generating leads and effectively converting them into sales within hospitals, clinics, and home care providers. Conducting product demonstrations and addressing inquiries from doctors, hospital staff, and customers will also be a key aspect of your day-to-day tasks. Building and nurturing relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital procurement staff, as well as meeting monthly revenue targets and collection goals, are imperative. Additionally, providing after-sales support in collaboration with delivery and service teams is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in selling medical devices or equipment, along with a solid understanding of the local market and a well-established network within the doctor/hospital community. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, and having access to a two-wheeler and smartphone is a requirement. As part of our growth path, you would progress from Sales Executive to Territory Manager and eventually to Regional Sales Manager.
