Job Title: Medical Representative – Derma Segment

Job Overview:

We are hiring Medical Representatives for our Derma Division, launched a year ago and expanding rapidly across India. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharma sales professionals to be part of a promising therapeutic segment with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote dermatology products to dermatologists and clinics in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market analysis and regular field activities
• Organize CMEs and product awareness initiatives
• Submit timely reports to the reporting manager (ABM/RBM)

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Derma experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork
• Graduate (Science or Pharma background preferred)
• Self-driven and result-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹3.5 – 4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
• Allowances, incentives, and other benefits as per company policy
