Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

 Targeted Outreach: Identify and approach general practitioners (BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, MBBS, BDS) and faculty doctors (orthopedic, dermatologist, spine specialist, neurologist, neurosurgeon) in the Mumbai area.

 Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals through effective communication and rapport-building.

 Lead Generation: Generate leads within the medical community by presenting the benefits of our services and solutions.

 Collaboration with Healthcare Institutions: Develop and nurture relationships with nursing homes, medium-scale hospitals, and collaborate on healthcare initiatives.

 Association Collaboration: Partner with general practitioner associations to promote our services and establish a network within the medical community.

 Corporate Engagement: Engage with medical officers of corporate organizations to explore healthcare solutions for their employees.

 Empanelment: Facilitate the empanelment of our services with nursing homes and medium-scale hospitals to expand our healthcare network.

 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services, products, and solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

 Collaboration with Reporting Doctor: Collaborate with the reporting doctor to ensure seamless transfer of leads and information.

 Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

 Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare ecosystem is advantageous.

 Ability to work independently and meet targets.

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹22,724.93 - ₹50,523.35 per month
