Position Title:

Medical Representative (MR) – Cardiac Diagnostics

Department:

Sales & Marketing

Reporting To:

Area Manager / Zonal Head / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Delhi Cardio’s portfolio of cardiac diagnostic services (Holter, ELR, ABPM, Sleep Study Level 2 & 3) to cardiologists, physicians, neurologists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic staff, and diagnostic centres.
• Achieve monthly sales and target goals (bookings, new doctor onboarding, revenue generation).
• Execute daily doctor visits (minimum 12–15 per day) — ensuring 70% follow-up calls and 30% new calls.
• Ensure technician installation within 2 hours of booking by coordinating with the operations team.
• Share doctor feedback, prescription trends, and competitor activity in daily reporting.
• Conduct CME meetings, field activations, and clinic sensitisation campaigns.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies – use company-issued mobile numbers only, no personal numbers for work.
• Represent the brand professionally — punctuality, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with doctors and patients are non-negotiable.

Daily Reporting Requirements:

• Submit visit tracker and feedback sheet before 7 PM.
• Upload call details and follow-up remarks into the Delhi Cardio MR Reporting App.
• Record device installations and removal follow-ups, highlighting any service delay.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Marketing (preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in medical device or diagnostic sales. Freshers with strong communication and drive are encouraged.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel locally across the assigned territory.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,102.66 - ₹19,885.98 per month
