Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Medical Representatives (Freshers) to join our team in Bangalore. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote company products.
• Generate prescriptions through effective product detailing and communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer feedback.
• Attend training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of products.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking ability.
• Confidence and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical terms will be an added advantage.
