Medical Representative

You will be responsible for selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. This includes scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals to promote company medications. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's medications will be crucial in your role. Additionally, you will need to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to drive repeat purchases. Following up on leads generated by the company and preparing presentations for potential customers will also be part of your responsibilities. Researching competitors" medications and market performances is essential to stay informed. Keeping up to date with new developments in the medical field is necessary to assess their impact on the company's business strategies. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field. Additionally, you must have proven experience in medical sales and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license is required, along with strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, persuasiveness, and resilience are also important attributes. This role requires 4 to 10 years of experience in the field. The salary range for this position is between 4 to 6 Lac per annum.
