Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and promote Arigatoo Rehab and Wellness Centre services
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and hospital staff
• Explain rehabilitation programs, therapies, and treatment benefits clearly and accurately
• Generate patient referrals and follow up regularly with healthcare partners
• Conduct presentations and meetings with doctors and hospital management when required
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback from doctors
• Maintain daily visit reports and referral tracking records
• Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams for smooth patient onboarding
• Participate in health camps, CMEs, hospital events, and promotional activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in medical marketing, healthcare sales, or hospital marketing
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with doctors and hospitals
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or wellness services is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,136.02 - ₹50,720.49 per month

Experience:

• Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
