Medical Rep

Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote our Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and chemists. The role involves building strong relationships in the healthcare community, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail company products (e.g., Arthomegh, Diabamegh) to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities such as doctor meets, CMEs, and product awareness campaigns.
• Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to share with management.
• Maintain proper records of daily calls, appointments, and sales reports.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products at chemist counters.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of local geography/market.
