As a Medical Oncologist or Pharmacologist at OneRx.ai, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing clinical decision-making by leveraging AI technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product and tech teams to co-create oncology and pharmacology-specific AI features and evidence modules. - Identifying, summarizing, and validating key trials, drug studies, and treatment guidelines for integration into the evidence engine. - Building collaborations with hospitals, oncology departments, and pharmacology units for pilots and validation. - Introducing the product to oncologists, pharmacologists, and residents through demos, training sessions, and workshops. - Leading user trials, gathering real-world feedback, and working with cross-functional teams to improve the product. - Representing OneRx at medical conferences, digital health forums, and academic partnerships, promoting evidence-based AI in oncology and pharmacology. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBBS + MD / DNB in Oncology, Pharmacology, or related specialty. - Experience: Minimum 15 years in clinical practice, research, or medical affairs. - Preferred location: Gurgaon. - Mindset: Passionate clinician or scientist interested in applying medical expertise to AI and digital transformation. - Skills: Building hospital and doctor partnerships, conducting demos and training programs, collaborating across medical, product, and engineering teams, and strong scientific writing and communication skills. - Bonus: Experience in medical affairs, AI tools, or evidence synthesis platforms.
