Medical Officer (Claim Processing)

You will be a part of Asian Hires Vadodara, Gujarat, India, an On-site company with a budget of 6,20,000 PA for FRESHER'S and experienced individuals can earn up to 8,50,000 PA. This is a Non-Clinical Job in a US based MNC. In this role, you will review and verify large volumes of patient's full medical records with precision, perform clinical reviews following specific methodologies, and prepare detailed reports including chronologies, timelines, summaries, mass tort matrix, and medical opinions on case validity and valuation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyzing and summarizing medical records for pre and post settlement projects. - Interpreting clinical data using medical terminology and diagnosis. - Adhering to company policies & principles to maintain the Company culture. - Ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) at all times. - Providing daily reports to the Medical team lead regarding productivity & quality. **Qualifications:** - MBBS degree (No experience required) - BHMS & BAMS with 2+ years of claim process experience in any insurance sector. **Required Skills:** - Knowledge of basic health care data analysis and clinical review. - Proficiency in medical terminology, assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine. - Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with HIPPA regulations. - Strong critical thinking skills. - Basic understanding of US culture and organizational culture and behavior. - Experience as a Medical Officer or Medical Team Lead.
