Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician specializing in serology, based in Navi Mumbai. The technician will be responsible for performing serological tests, ensuring quality control, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following laboratory protocols and procedures. Duties include collecting and processing specimens, documenting results, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure accurate test outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine
• Strong Laboratory Skills and experience handling Laboratory Equipment
• Competence in Quality Control procedures
• Attention to detail and adherence to laboratory safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant field
• Experience in serology or related field is a plus
