Role Overview: As a QC Manager at NIVA BUPA, your primary responsibility is to draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence and investigator findings. You will review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness, ensuring that all reports meet company standards and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting process - Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality standards - Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement corrective actions Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Proficiency in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding of the line of treatment - Excellent command over English, both written and verbal - Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email communication - Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry preferred Additional Details: The job timings for this role are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be entitled to one week off and one paid leave per month. The salary offered ranges from 40k to 45k, depending on experience and completion of targets.
