Medical Data Analyst

As an Approve team member at Exxat, you will be responsible for reviewing medical documents uploaded by students, such as CPR, HIPPA, OSHA, driver's license, school-specific forms, background and drug screenings, and any other relevant documents according to the guidelines provided by the school or university. Your role will involve interpreting document guidelines, comparing them with the uploaded documents, and making accurate decisions on approval or disapproval. In addition to document review, you will also be expected to assist with various job functions based on your skills and experience as assigned by your manager. This may include tasks such as handling non-medical document tickets, Salesforce data entry, and other related responsibilities. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you will be required to assist with additional tasks as needed by the team leads. As a member of the team, you will actively contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, align your individual goals with team objectives, and participate in team and organizational activities. A self-learner by nature, you will be responsible for completing your work accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and dedication to quality. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical field, have strong English language skills both verbal and written, and possess good computer knowledge. Additionally, a willingness to work any shift based on business requirements is essential to succeed in this position.
