Medical Coordinator / Medical Admin - BAMS / BHMS/ MBA

Medical Operations-

• Assists in the management of the medical staff support function for the entity Medical Staff Organization as outlined in the entity Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Maintain and continually improve the quality of medical service delivery.
• Ensure that there is alignment and cooperation between medical team and operations team for seamless execution of designated projects and services.
• Scrutiny of medical documents and adjudication.
• Determine accuracy of medical documents.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Floor Operations-

7. To conduct patient service rounds, document/note and address all patient queries or complaint.

8. To conduct open file audit and indulge consultant/ registrar/ RMO for timely completion of records.

9. To maintain FOS discharges TAT and indulge with ward managers for timely discharge.

10. To engage with consultant and registrar for any medical query to be addressed.

To indulge in Multi-disciplinary case review meetings for long stay patient and update to MS office about the next plan of action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
