We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to join our team and guide students toward success in the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students in medical coding, covering ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Prepare students for the CPC certification with structured training and real-world examples.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, practical exercises, and mock exams.

Provide personalized guidance to help students overcome learning challenges.

Stay updated with industry trends and coding guidelines.

Assist with course material development and training strategies.

✅ Qualifications:

CPC certification preferred; relevant healthcare or coding experience required.

Possession of RHIT certification

Strong understanding of Health Information Management Principles.

Strong understanding of medical coding processes and healthcare terminologies.

2+ years of experience in medical coding or as a trainer.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Passionate about helping students achieve certification and career success.
