Medical Coder and Biller

1. Medical Biller (PO) – Priority (2 openings)

· Experience: 2–4 years

· Mandatory: No AR Calling – we strictly need candidates for claim processing and payment posting (Day shift)

· EHR experience required: Athena, eCW, ModMed, NextGen, RTZ

2. Medical Coders (P1)

· EM/OP Specialty: 1 opening

· Surgery Coder: 2 openings

· Experience for both the specialty: 3+ years

Required qualifications:

Coding Accuracy: Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes for primary care services from medical records.

● Certification: Mandatory- AAPC or AHIMA certified (e.g., CPC, CCS or equivalent)

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in primary care coding with a strong record of accuracy and compliance.

● Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS Level II codes relevant to primary care.

● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply complex coding guidelines and regulations.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and team members.

● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in coding and documentation.

● Problem-Solving: Ability to independently resolve coding issues and advocate for correct coding practices.

● Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
