Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join as a fresher for the Dental Billing Voice Process in the healthcare outsourcing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to handle voice-based customer service and billing support for dental insurance processes for US clients. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with US-based clients via voice calls to address dental insurance and billing queries - Resolve billing-related issues by understanding client requirements - Maintain accurate documentation and call records - Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by delivering quality service Qualification Required: - Graduates from any stream (except B.E. & B.Tech) - Freshers are welcome - Excellent verbal English communication skills are essential - Willingness to work in US night shifts and from the office In this role, you will need strong spoken English skills, basic computer knowledge, and a good typing speed. Your willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare domain will be essential for your success. Please Note: The mentioned benefits include Provident Fund.
