ResponsibilitiesAccurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the client s revenue cycle system
Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time
Comply with information security policies
Ability to understand the impact on customer s upstream and downstream processes
Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered
Always Demonstrate ethical behavior
Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry
Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
Good communication and analytical skills
Must be flexible to work in shifts
Fresh graduates with good typing and communication skill may also apply
