Medical Bed Assembly Technician (Welder Cum Fitter)

You will be joining the team behind Caredle, a revolutionary medical bed that restores dignity and independence to patients. As a Medical Bed Assembly Technician (Welder Cum Fitter), your role will involve assisting in the precision assembly of innovative medical beds. If you possess skills in welding, fitting, or mechanical work and are keen on working in a mission-driven, clean manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you. - Assemble mechanical parts and sub-systems of medical beds according to design specifications - Perform welding and fitting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail - Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints - Ensure that assembled units meet all quality and safety standards - Collaborate with team members and Assembly Supervisor - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - ITI Certification (Preferred) in Fitter, Welder, Mechanical Maintenance, etc. - Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related trades - Vocational training or Skill India/NSDC-certified short-term mechanical programs - Experience or training in MIG / TIG / Arc welding - Experience or training in drilling, grinding, cutting - Proficiency in the use of fitting and measuring tools (spanners, vernier calipers, etc.) - Ability to read basic technical drawings - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work - Willingness to learn and grow within the team - Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively Be part of a project that impacts lives across India and the world.
