Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team at beBeeMedicals. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective medical strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of medical initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.
Provide expert guidance on medical affairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with medical activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the medical services/hospital industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with medical software and systems is an asset.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
