We are looking for a skilled and experienced Medical Administrator to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and support departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate hospital operations, including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor patient care services, ensuring high standards of safety and satisfaction.
• Manage administrative staff, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads for effective operations.
• Prepare reports, MIS, and budgets for management review.
• Oversee inventory, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration (multi-specialty preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
