Location: Gurgaon Department: Media Planning & Strategy Open Positions: 2 Experience: 2-3 years in media planning/buying, preferably from an agency background Job Summary: The Media Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media plans that effectively reach target audiences and meet client objectives. This role involves researching media trends, analyzing audience data, negotiating with external vendors (if required), and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Media Strategy & Planning Develop end-to-end media plans tailored to client objectives, budgets, and target demographics. Conduct detailed market research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling to inform media strategies. Identify and recommend the most effective digital platforms (primarily Meta & Google) to achieve campaign KPIs. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize media spends and outcomes. Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights, learnings, and future recommendations. 3. Client & Team Collaboration Collaborate with CRM, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Present strategic media plans and performance insights to clients, addressing feedback and refining approaches as necessary. Qualifications & Skills -Experience: 23 years in media planning/buying, preferably within an agency setting. -Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital planning tools. -Analytical Thinking: Strong data interpretation skills and ability to translate analytics into strategy. -Communication: Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
