As a Senior Media Buyer at Kapiva, a modern Ayurvedic nutrition brand, your role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing high-budget digital branding campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads (YouTube, Display), Meta, Programmatic, and OTT. You will define clear campaign objectives and KPIs tied to brand metrics such as reach, recall, engagement, and perception. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure coherent messaging and optimal delivery. Monitoring campaign performance in real time, identifying optimization opportunities, and adjusting strategies to maximize impact will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will prepare and present well-structured performance reports, with a strong focus on storytelling using data to highlight brand impact and learnings. Building and maintaining relationships with media platforms, publishers, and agency partners will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying ahead of industry trends, ad-tech developments, and evolving platform capabilities to drive innovation in brand media planning is key for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, plan, and execute high-budget digital branding campaigns across various platforms. - Define clear campaign objectives and KPIs tied to brand metrics. - Build detailed media plans and forecasts in alignment with brand goals. - Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams. - Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust strategies. - Prepare and present performance reports with a focus on storytelling using data. - Build and maintain relationships with media platforms, publishers, and agency partners. - Stay updated on industry trends and ad-tech developments for innovative brand media planning. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in digital media buying with a focus on branding/awareness campaigns. - Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable brand outcomes. - Deep expertise in Google Ads, especially YouTube and Display, for branding purposes. - Strong understanding of media strategy, audience segmentation, and brand metrics. - Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, proficiency in using various platforms. - Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to translate complex results into actionable insights. - Experience with programmatic media buying and familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and brand safety tools. - Prior experience in media agencies on digital executions.,
