Media Performance Associate Manager - Programmatic

As a Media Performance Associate Manager (Programmatic), your primary responsibilities will include managing multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, and video), troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues, and conducting a thorough analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, and any related issues. You will collaborate with internal teams to offer clients programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that are in line with their objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for trafficking all creatives into the platform and setting up campaigns before the launch date. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools, navigating various third-party systems to complete monthly billing documentation, and analyzing campaign performance to make strategic investments and tactical media optimizations. You will be expected to provide valuable input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPIs. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a degree in any graduate/B.E/B.Tech/MBA field along with 2-4 years of experience in online media and programmatic advertising. Previous experience working on DSP platforms such as DBM, MediaMath, Appnexus, etc., will be considered an added advantage. Furthermore, a solid understanding of ad-serving technologies and analytical tools like GA and Omniture will be beneficial.
