As a Social Media Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and supporting media-related tasks within the organization. Your responsibilities will include a combination of general office assistance and media handling duties to efficiently manage administrative tasks and media activities. Key Responsibilities: - **Office Support:** - Run office errands such as delivering documents, managing supplies, and coordinating with vendors. - Support office staff with administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry. - Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - **Media Support:** - Take high-quality photographs and videos at client sites, events, or projects for social media, marketing, and client updates. - Assist in uploading captured content to social media platforms, websites, or email newsletters. - Manage and organize media content (photos, videos, press releases) for internal and external communications. - Help track and report on the company's social media presence, including engagement and outreach. - Support the planning and execution of media events such as press conferences or promotional activities. - Manage digital media archives, ensuring files are organized and accessible when needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools. - Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and organization of media content and office supplies. - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and friendly demeanor. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in media, communications, or related fields is a plus. - Prior experience in office administration or media handling is preferred.
