We’re Hiring: Media Coordinator (Marketing Execution) - Contract Opportunity
We’re looking for a Media Coordinator / Marketing Execution Executive to support our paid media team by executing campaigns across major digital platforms. This is a pure execution role, ideal for someone who prefers structured work, clear instructions, and defined processes.What You’ll Do
- Execute and schedule ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Follow predefined templates and SOPs for campaign setup
- Perform QA checks before campaigns go live
- Monitor live campaigns for basic delivery or budget issues
- Support weekly checks on automated optimisation tools
- Assist with monthly performance reporting
- Ensure accuracy across budgets, creatives, and targeting
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media execution
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with retail or performance marketing campaigns
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role
Nice to Have
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Agency background
- Experience supporting ecommerce or retail brands
- Familiarity with automation or AI-driven ad tools
