Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive brand strategies across platforms.
• Lead collaboration with content, graphics, and video teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze industry insights to drive brand decisions and enhance brand visibility.
• Work with content teams to create marketing copy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality graphics for social media, packaging, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with video production teams to produce engaging brand videos.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of social media strategies and brand positioning.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to refine brand strategies.
• Lead creative teams and ensure cohesive project execution within deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience working with designers and content teams to execute branding projects.
• Strong knowledge of content writing, graphic design, video editing tools, and social media strategies.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and refining strategies.

• Personal computer and high-speed internet access.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 4 pm - 1 am [ evening shift] when remote
• Shift 9 am - 5pm - [day] when working from office
