Media Buyer

The Wellness Shop is seeking a dedicated Media Buyer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales for our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing performance-based ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, defining campaign goals and target audiences, managing ad creation and placements, collaborating with creative teams to develop effective ad copies and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Business Manager. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and a solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel installation, and funnel optimization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments, good communication and teamwork skills, and effective time management are also essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines, provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and marketing analysts.
