About the Role:

We are looking for a Media Buyer (Search Arbitrage – Facebook & Native) with 5+ years of experience to lead programmatic media buying, manage affiliate networks, and scale user acquisition while ensuring strong ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across Facebook, Native, and other platforms.
• Drive search arbitrage activity to increase traffic and conversions profitably,
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates to expand quality traffic sources.
• Optimize campaigns daily by analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
• Negotiate with partners to maximize ROI and secure competitive rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with marketing and business goals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying.
• Hands-on experience with search arbitrage campaigns on Facebook and Native platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Background in performance marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
