Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical & Technical Elevator Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lift/elevator systems. This role requires hands-on mechanical knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and direct experience with elevator components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and safety inspections on elevator/lift systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct installation and modernization of lift components
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards
• Maintain service records and report issues accurately
• Provide technical support and onsite problem-solving

Required Qualifications (Do NOT apply without these):

✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with elevators/lifts
✔ Strong mechanical and technical knowledge (geared/gearless machines, controllers, doors, wiring, etc.)✔ Ability to read mechanical & electrical schematics✔ Knowledge of lift safety codes and regulations✔ Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems✔ Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
• Experience with multiple elevator brands and control systems
• Candidates living in Guwahati, Assam will be given strong preference
